ANVITA's July news was published in our last newsletter! 

ANIMATION AND SUPPORT

• LGU: The fourth meeting of the Local Group Urbact of the WELDI project, supported by the Department of Seine-Saint-Denis, took place on 4 July.
• ANVITA's Board of Directors will meet on 8 July, the day after the second round of legislative elections.
• Meeting: The Centre-Val de Loire region and its welcoming local authorities will be meeting on 12 July to discuss and coordinate their activities in the region. 

PRACTICES

• Zoom on a member's practice... The City and Metropole of Grenoble support the Pass'sport In'games festival from the Big Bang Baller association. 
• Zoom on a practice outside the network… Singa organised its newcomer comedy club on a new occasion on 2 July. 

PARTNERSHIPS & PROJECTS

• Launch of the European LiBri project and identification of inspiring practices on the reception and inclusion of exiled people in French libraries.
• Presentation of ANVITA to the Welcoming International Network.
• ANVITA attended the Street Parlement in Nancy on 29 June, organised by several associations and supported by the City, the Metropolis and the Meurthe-et-Moselle Department.
• Intervention during the Forum de l'interculturalité et du vivre ensemble dans les quartiers organised by RésoVilles in Rennes. 

ADVOCACY

• Publication for International Refugee Day on 20 June on the dangers of the far right in power. 
• Signature of the LDH platform "Assurons la défaite de l'extrême droite le 7 juillet".
• Dissemination of Désinfox Migrations' information sheets for the legislative elections on the false and dangerous statements made by the far right.
